Courses begin again about mid September. New dates will be posted nearer the time. *All participants need to be at intermediate or advanced level, having done at least the Introduction to Photography course or be well practiced in using their camera in full manual.

Dates for Intermediate Level Photography, Travel and Documentary Photography will be arranged and posted when there has been sufficient interest expressed, so if you generally take pictures on full manual mode and would like to attend one of these courses, please drop us a line and let us know. We can generally go ahead with a group of about 4 people per course.

We get less interest for evening courses and so also organise these on the basis of expressed interest, however we also recognise that you get better value for money on an intensive 2 day course so we would recommend this if you are able to do it this way.

Why not purchase a Manchester Academy of Photography Gift Voucher for someone special; ideal for a Christmas, birthday or anniversary present.

Vouchers are available for the full cost of an individual workshop or for personal tuition, the date is left open for the recipient to book at their convenience, depending on availability.

The full cost of the workshop is to be paid when the gift voucher is ordered. We send out an A5 colour gift voucher printed on photographic paper - to give on the special day. This is dependent on you giving sufficient notice for it to reach you. There is space for you to personalise the voucher with the persons name.

How to Book

When completing the booking form please ensure your name and contact details are correct.
Your full postal address is important, so that we can send the Gift Voucher to you for the special day. If you want us to send it directly to the recipient please write his/her address.

It is really important you give us the date by which you need the voucher and sufficient notice, in order that it arrives on time. In the event of a postal strike or any other exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to email the Gift Voucher to you, for printing out or to be sent on by you.
Full instructions around how to use the voucher to book a workshop will be included.
